Questions
Do I have to give you my password?
No. On eBay you add us through Team Access with only the permissions you choose. On Amazon you add us as a user or authorise our app. You can remove us at any time.
Will you change things without asking?
Never. Every edit is listed for you to approve or skip first. Everything we change is logged with the before and after, and can be undone.
How do I cancel?
One click in your billing page. No calls, no chat, no "are you sure" maze. Not happy in your first month? We refund it.
Is it just software?
No. A real person in the UK checks every report before it reaches you, and replies to your emails by the next working day.
Do you promise more sales?
No one honestly can. We find and fix the things that commonly hold listings back, like weak titles, missing item specifics and out-of-stock items, and show you the trend each month.
